Shipping is free for orders of $99 or more to a single address. For orders shipping to multiple addresses, each shipment must exceed $99 to qualify for free shipping. Ground Shipping
Most of our paper shredders ship by UPS Ground. Orders shipping by UPS Ground usually ship within 2-3 business days and should arrive at your location in 7-10 business days.
Truck Shipping
Items too large or fragile to ship by UPS will ship via a trucking company in your area. Truck deliveries will normally require 7-10 business days to arrive at your location.
Truck deliveries do not include inside delivery. Products shipped by truck will be delivered to your dock, curbside or threshold. The truck driver will bring the items to the rear of the truck but is not required to bring the item inside your office or home.
Truck deliveries cannot be scheduled, but are made during business hours 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM weekdays. No Saturday deliveries are available.
A signature is required for all truck deliveries and it is important to carefully inspect the item for damage before signing for it. If damage is evident, note the damage on the Bill of Lading prior to signing for the item. If the item is badly damaged, refuse delivery and notify us by phone 888-340-3270 or by email customercare@order-paper-shredders.com and we will make arraignments for a replacement shipment.
