Shipping is free for orders of $99 or more to a single address. For orders shipping to multiple addresses, each shipment must exceed $99 to qualify for free shipping. Orders or shipments under $99 are charged $7.95 shipping and handling.
Order-Paper-Shredders.com ships from a network of 85 warehouses across the US. Most orders ship in 1 business day and most locations will receive their UPS Ground shipments the following business day. Most items ship UPS Ground, items to large or heavy to ship by UPS (office furniture, safes, file cabinets, marker boards) will be delivered by a local trucking company.

Prisons
Due to varied and restrictive regulations governing what products can be sent to prisoners, Order-Paper-Shredders.com does not offer shipment to inmates of prisons, penitentiaries or jails.
Ground Shipping
Most of our paper shredders ship by UPS Ground. Orders shipping by UPS Ground usually ship within 1 business day and should arrive at your location in 1-3 business days.
Truck Shipping
Items too large or fragile to ship by UPS will ship via a trucking company in your area. Truck deliveries will normally require 2-5 business days to arrive at your location.
Truck deliveries do not include inside delivery. Products shipped by truck will be delivered to your dock, curbside or threshold. The truck driver will bring the items to the rear of the truck but is not required to bring the item inside your office or home.
Truck deliveries cannot be scheduled, but are made during business hours 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM weekdays. No Saturday deliveries are available.
A signature is required for all truck deliveries and it is important to carefully inspect the item for damage before signing for it. If damage is evident, note the damage on the Bill of Lading prior to signing for the item. If the item is badly damaged, refuse delivery and notify us by phone xxx-xxx-xxxx or by email customercare@orderpapershredders.com and we will make arraignments for a replacement shipment.
IMPORTANT - Do not discard the shipping materials/packaging for your order. Items not in their original packaging are not returnable for refund or replacement.
